Resize PDF Pages

Change PDF page size locally in your browser.

Your files stay on your device. Processing happens locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

How it works

  1. Select your PDF — drag it into the drop zone or click to browse.
  2. Pick the target size — A4, Letter, or custom dimensions.
  3. Choose how content should fit the new page size.
  4. Download the resized PDF.

Why local processing?

Resize PDF Pages processes your file inside your browser, on your own device. Your document is not uploaded to our servers. The browser may download code needed to run the tool, but those requests do not contain your file.

Check it yourself: open your browser’s network tab while a file is being processed — your document never appears in any request.

Frequently asked questions

Is the file uploaded during resizing?
No. Scaling pages to the new size happens in the browser’s PDF engine on your device — the network tab stays empty of file data while it runs.
How large a document can I resize?
Each file can be up to 200 MB. Processing happens in your browser and also depends on available memory. Large or complex files may be slow or exceed your device’s resources even below this limit.
Can GDPR-relevant files be resized here?
Yes — resizing involves no server-side processing, so the document never leaves your machine.
What happens to the content when the page size changes?
The fit mode decides: the default scales each page proportionally so the whole page stays visible on the new size.
Does resizing affect text quality?
No. Each page is embedded and redrawn as vector content at the new scale — nothing is rasterized, so text stays sharp and remains real text rather than an image.
